This year, in 2019, Davidsonville United Methodist Church is celebrating its 175 year of ministry! Throughout the year we will be celebrating this huge milestone by Remembering the past, Rejoicing in the present, and Reaching Out toward the future. We have exciting celebrations throughout the year to honor this monumental year. Join us as we celebrate 175 years of Davidsonville UMC.

Dedication of Historic Landmarks
Sunday, June 16 (Between Worship Services)
On Sunday June 16th we will be dedicating two historical landmarks in the cemetery; the cornerstone of the first church building and Alice Davidson's gravestone. The ceremony will take place at the top of the cemetery, closest to the store, at 10:10 between services.
Sunday, July 21 (During worship services)
Join us for an “old fashioned” hymn sing! We will be doing a hymn sing in both Sunday services in celebration of our 175th year in ministry. Do you have a favorite hymn or worship song you would like us to sing? Let us know! We can’t promise we will sing all of them, but we will pick several favorites from the congregation.
