rev. Dr. Kyle Durbin

Senior Pastor

Rev. Dr. Kyle Durbin was born and raised in Davidsonville, MD. He is married to his beautiful wife, and together, they are raising two amazing children, a daughter and son, along with their dog. Pastor Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from the University of Maryland, College Park. He then received his Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary, where he also earned his Doctor of Ministry in art and theology. Pastor Kyle grew up attending Davidsonville UMC, where he was an active participant in Sunday School and UMYF. He was later hired as the Assistant Pastor, serving as the youth director, praise band leader, CCDC chaplain, and director and founder of Cornerstone Theatre Company. During this time, his wife was serving and served as director of Crossroads Child Development Center for almost ten years. Pastor Kyle then served as Senior Pastor of Centenary UMC in Shady Side, MD for two years, before being appointed to Frostburg UMC for the next eight years. Currently, Pastor Kyle serves as the Director of Worship for Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church, where he also serves as the Chair of Worship for the Board of Ordained Ministry. He has founded three successful theatre companies, written, directed, and acted in countless plays and musicals throughout the region, and his former pop-punk bands recorded and toured throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia, where they were featured on multiple radio stations. He enjoys reading comics, watching professional wrestling, playing guitar, and writing songs, plays and poetry, along with mongolian food and a strong cup of coffee. Next to God, his family means everything to him. Pastor Kyle's favorite Bible verse is Micah 6:8, "[God]] has told you, O mortal, what is good, and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice and to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God?" Pastor Kyle believes God openly loves, welcomes, and embraces all people - and that includes you!

Arielle Sieber

Digital Communications Specialist

Arielle Sieber has attended Davidsonville United Methodist Church with her family for her entire life. Arielle was baptized and confirmed at DUMC. Growing up in the church she participated in youth group, acolyte, Cornerstone theatre, children’s choir and praise band, and many other ministries in the church.

Arielle was recently married to her husband, Eric, in the Green Cathedral at DUMC. She is a proud dog mom to her English Bulldog, Hercules.

She now serves as the head of Digital Communications at DUMC, where she attends with three generations of her family.

In her Digital Communications role, Arielle runs the online worship experience, social media presence and external marketing.

MEI COBB

Worship/Music Director

Mei Cobb started as Music Director in January 2024. She has been a long-time member of Davidsonville United Methodist Church along with her husband and children.

She serves on a variety of boards and is an accompanist for local schools, students, and music programs. She sings with Live Arts Maryland in the Annapolis Chorale, the Annapolis Chamber Chorus, and Cantori.

Mei has been a substitute pianist/organist at a variety of churches as she and her family moved across the country including in Wisconsin, Florida, California, and now Maryland.  She performed with the big band “In The Mood,” playing piano and singing for many years.  A band started by her older brother and in which all of her brothers and her father played.  She has performed in numerous plays and musicals and has served as the music director and accompanist for many productions as well.  She studied piano at the Milwaukee Conservatory of Music and sang in choral groups at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Mei is excited to partner with all of our members and the community to grow the music program at Davidsonville United Methodist Church.

tiffany frazier akinbulumo

Coordinator of Children/Youth Ministries

After graduating from South River HS in Edgewater, Tiffany received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Howard University.

She has many years of experience in building youth centered, educational, and non-profit programs and events. Tiffany has always enjoyed fostering a love of learning and empowering others.

When not planning programs, Tiffany spends time with her family and enjoys planning or going to fun activities with her husband and two children. She also loves hiking, crafting, and reading.

Casey Duley

Office Administrator

Casey was raised in faith at Bowie UMC. She has attended church her entire life and was very involved in the ministries of her past church.

Casey is currently dedicated to using her skills and gifts to serve as our Office Administrator. She is also involved with the Social Needs & Outreach (SNO) Committee as a member of DUMC.

She is presently in her final year of studying Art Therapy in Notre Dame of Maryland University’s Graduate Program.

Casey loves flowers, her planner, and animals, especially her dog, Kenai.

MARILYN LINDSKOLD

Director of CrossRoads CDC

Marilyn I. Lindskold is a passionate and hardworking professional who has dedicated 22 years to the childcare industry, including 13 years as a Childcare Director. She first earned her degree in Accounting and recently achieved another lifelong goal by completing her degree in Nursing.

Marilyn is deeply committed to caring for others, whether through education, leadership or healthcare. Her journey reflects resilience, compassion and a strong dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of children, their families and the community.

PATRICIA SELLMAN

Assistant Director of CrossRoads CDC

Patricia Sellman serves as an assistant director of CrossRoads CDC, working in childcare for over 12 years, and is passionate about fostering a positive, nurturing, and educational environment for children, families and staff.

Before entering into the field of early childhood education, she spent more than 30 years working for a surgeon, where she developed strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, and serving others.
